Bali is known for its great waves, and the camp is perfect for both beginners and advanced surfers. Our coaches choose the surf spots, and different groups and levels might use different spots.

At Lapoint Bali, we make sure every surfer gets the right waves for their skill level.

• Beginner surfers: Most lessons take place at Legian Beach, about 30 minutes from the camp. The waves here are gentle and perfect for learning your first turns.

• Intermediate surfers: We pick spots based on daily conditions, mainly around Sanur, to give you waves that challenge your skills while staying fun.

• Advanced surfers: For the more experienced, we head to Sanur, Kedungu, or Kuta to catch faster, more powerful waves.

What surf equipment do I need to bring?

All surf equipment is included in your lessons. Here’s what to bring to make your sessions comfortable and safe:

• Swimwear that stays in place

• Plenty of sunscreen to protect your skin from Bali’s sun

• A positive attitude :)
