We offer free rebooking and/or free cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival date at the camp. Just send us an email and we will sort it out. You do not need a specific reason for cancelling and you do NOT need to add our cancellation insurance for this.
(If you booked your trip before 1st of DEC 2023, you still have our 7-day cancellation rule, if you have booked your trip on 1 st of Dec 2023 or after, you have booked with the 14-day cancellation rule)

If you wish to be able to cancel closer to arrival (up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date) you can add our cancellation insurance. I will add some information about it here: Lapoint Travels offers cancellation insurance as an additional product by booking. The cancellation insurance secures a full refund of the product cost minus the cancellation fee if the cancellation is in accordance with the following notions:

 

Your cancellation must be sent to us in written form at info@lapointcamps.com at least 1 day prior to arrival. There is no need for a reason to cancel, just send us the cancellation confirmation by e-mail.
