The camp is situated in the small village of Hoddevik. Hoddevik is beautifully located in a valley surrounded by mountains to 3 sides and the sea. The area is preserved and quite remote. There are about 30 houses here and no shops. The nearest town to Hoddevik is Leikanger. It takes around 20 min to drive there. Leikanger is where you find the closest food store & a gas station.
