If you want to discover some cool spots by yourself the best way to navigate around the bumpy jungle roads is by renting an ATV to drive around. There are plenty of beaches, waterfalls and monkeys around the area to look around for.
If you are tired from a full day of surfing you can always just chill by the pool and play some volleyball, or head down to watch the famous Costa Rica sunset while sipping on a coconut. Needless to say - you will never be bored!
